After arriving at Watsons Bay, our guests are spoiled with a beautiful lunch of Fish and Chips from Doyle’s Seafood Restaurant at the Pier, all the while enjoying stunning views of the harbour and soaking up some of the local atmosphere, and hopefully sipping a cold glass of wine.

Afterwards after traveling via Bondi beach for a look, your guests will be treated to another iconic Sydney experience when they board a private, 40 foot Benateau Sailing yacht for a cruise on Sydney Harbour. Bask in the sun and enjoy afternoon tea as your clients view some of Sydney’s best real estate and experience the harbour for themselves.

This experience is perfect for your clients on day one of their Australian Vacation, and in fact, due to its slightly later departure at 10.30am, allot of our guests actually take this tour after arriving into Sydney that morning. A perfect cure for Jet Lag and your clients don’t waste their first day in Australia.

A great way to beat the summer heat is to spend a little bit of time in doors, more specifically inside a cellar door.

The Hunter Valley is a short drive from Sydney’s CBD and boasts a multitude of world class wineries and restaurants. Our guides will generally design their guests Hunter Valley Wine tours after consulting with them on the drive to the wineries. With so many different wineries available these days in the Hunter Valley, most people’s tastes can be catered for.

Australian Wild Escapes has great access to all of the best and most boutique wineries available, generally ensuring quality tastings from professional cellar doorman and the wine makers themselves. Wine appreciation is also taken over lunch.

In the afternoon our guests have the opportunity to visit a gourmet cheese shop and maybe enjoy an ice cream before returning to Sydney. A wonderful day out for wine lovers.
